Mejorar la postura y fortalecer la musculatura escapular completa el trabajo preventivo.&nbsp; En el gym: t\u00e9cnica antes que carga, calentamiento espec\u00edfico de 5-10 minutos antes de entrenar hombros, y progresi\u00f3n gradual sin saltar etapas.&nbsp; En el trabajo: pausas activas cada hora, ergonom\u00eda del puesto y evitar posiciones mantenidas con el brazo elevado por periodos prolongados.&nbsp; Prevenir es siempre m\u00e1s sencillo, r\u00e1pido y econ\u00f3mico que tratar.
